What else will I need to buy for my child’s birthday party? (e.g. markers, glue, etc)
The only thing you will need to provide is the birthday cake and any additional food. Our party packages include all the supplies needed to complete your arts and crafts activity. Each craft is a party favor in itself. The guests will be able to take home a quality, memorable, personalized craft. We also provide you with invitations, party tips, sample menu’s and ideas for additional party activities. We also offer tableware and decorations at an additional cost.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
We offer three shipping options. UPS Ground is by far, the most economical shipping choice. This option will take between one and five business days depending on your location. UPS 3 Day will take between one and three business days to arrive. UPS 2 Day will take between one to two business days. You can check your shipping status by going to www.ups.com and entering your UPS tracking number identified in your shipping notification email.
What ages do you recommend for the crafts?
We recommend that these crafts for children ages 5 to 100. (Kids a bit older for the Groovy Purse party.) For our painting parties (Flower Pot, Tack It Up, Canvas Creations, Frame of Mine), the children should have good control over a paint brush. For the Fairy Party, the children will need to know how to tie a basic knot. The Groovy Purse party does require use of a needle for sewing.
I am having a party for six kids. Can I order six party packages?
Our minimum order quantity for party packages is eight. You can then order in increments of 4. For example, you can order the following quantities of party packages: 8, 12, 16, 20, etc. Within each party package, you can identify the number of boy or girl themes.
I failed art class….are there any special skills needed to lead the arts and craft activity?
We provide detailed instructions for completing our party activities. Each set of instructions is one to two pages with detailed steps on how to create your craft. We recommend reading the instructions prior to your party and providing each adult that will be helping at the party, with a copy of the instructions. There are no special skills required for our crafts with the exception of our Groovy Purse party. With this party, we recommend that you have a very basic knowledge of sewing. And by basic, we mean the ability to thread a needle, tie a knot, and sew a very basic stitch.
I have both girls and boys attending my child’s party. What do you suggest?
Most of our parties are appropriate for both boys and girls. These include:
- Canvas Creations – Who doesn’t love to draw! There are boy and girl options for each of the Canvas Creation themes.
- Frame of Mine – You can select the number of ‘Sports’ theme and “Garden’ themes you would like to have included in your party. After entering the quantity of party packages you will be ordering, you will be asked to specify how many of those will be ‘Sports’ theme and how many will be “Garden’ theme. It’s just fine if you want all of them to be all one theme or another or a mix.
- Tack it Up Party – This party offers a ‘Sports’ theme and a ‘Flower’ theme and works the same as the “Frame of Mine’ party above.
- Magical Princess Party / Enchanted Wizard Party – You can select the number of ‘Princess’ themes verse ‘Wizard’ themes for this party.
- Flower Pot Party – We’ve included paint colors that will appeal to both boys and girls.
Will the kids be able to take home their craft or will it need a lot of time to dry?
Our crafts are generally dry and ready to take home within 15 minutes. Note that our crafts are designed so they become the take home gift for the party guest, eliminating the need to purchase additional party favors.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by Mastercard or VISA or by using PayPal.
Will I have to sign for my parcel?
We do not require a signature for parcel delivery. The parcel will be left at the shipping address specified at check out.
